Small group training is early morning and lunchtimes. Contact for availability and specific times/days.

Everything is tailored directly to the individual. I work with exactly what you are prepared to do and what your desired outcomes are. For some, this could mean a very strict approach and for others this could be more lenient and flexible.

Personal training clients do not need to have a membership. However, I do expect a 12-week commitment in order to reach the desired goals for the majority of clients.
